I Have Ten Little Fingers
It does a decent job of including different ethnicities and way of life when expressing that all babies are alike. Our only cringe is when we wonder about the babies who, for whatever reason, don't have 10 fingers or 10 toes. I know that sounds really silly, but I think about it every time we read it.
